Policies

Cancellation

We request at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. This enables us to service guests on our waiting list. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advanced will incur a late cancellation fee due at your next visit.

A no call no show will result in a 50% fee, and may require a deposit for future appointments.

Punctuality

We strive to always be on time for our guests. Please call if you are running late. Tardiness beyond 15 minutes may result in a canceled appointment.

Retail

If you are unhappy with a product purchased you may exchange it within 14 days of purchase.

Services

We stand behind our work and strive to provide the best service possible. If you are not 100% happy with your service, adjustments can be made within 7 days of the original appointment. If we have agreed upon a multiple session process, patience is required to achieve desired results and maintain the integrity of your hair.
